At Carey Manufacturing and our brand Amatom Electronic Hardware, our team strives to provide our customers with high quality parts that you can depend on. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order as a result of our error, please follow the policy below to assure the proper steps are taken in order to remediate any issues:

• No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Carey/Amatom.
• Material and Plating certifications, should be requested at time of order with a fee of $75 each. Certification can be provided up to (1) year after shipment at a fee of $150 for each certificate.
• Returns or Replacements will be accepted for (1) year after the product has shipped.
• Corrective actions can be provided up to (60) days after the product has shipped.
