Carey Manufacturing & Amatom Announces Management Changes

We would like to formally announce Michael Fitzpatrick has been named General Manager. Mike joined Carey Manufacturing over 4 years ago and has been instrumental to Carey Manufacturing’s growth and reshoring efforts as VP of Engineering and Carey Production. Mike has a strong background in Engineering, Production Management and General Management and he will manage the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production and Engineering teams as well as provide overall leadership to the organization.

Alison Carey-Lynch has been named Director of Quality and External Relations. Alison has been at Carey Manufacturing for over 10 years and has worked in Sales, Purchasing and Production and now adds the Quality Department to her list of talents and experiences. Alison will also serve as the external voice for Carey Manufacturing, continuing Carey’s long legacy of business and community involvement.

Jim Peck has been named VP, Operations. Jim has been at Carey Manufacturing for over 10 years in many different capacities. Jim will oversee Operations, Amatom Production, Human Resources, Purchasing and Facility maintenance for Carey.

Steve Ritter has been named Director, Engineering. Steve joined Carey Manufacturing in April 2021 as a Lead Engineer and has been instrumental in working with our Engineering teams to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality products in a cost-efficient manner.

Cierra Green has been named Business Development Manager. Cierra joined Carey Manufacturing in June 2018 as Business Development Specialist and she has managed customer outreach, marketing and the development and launch of our new website. In her new role, Cierra will take a leadership role in Sales and Marketing and represent Carey Manufacturing in the trade.

These changes are driven by the appointment of Carey's former General Manager Paul S. Lavoie to the Chief Manufacturing Officer for the State of Connecticut. "We are grateful for Paul's leadership and for his commitment to develop the next generation of leaders for Carey Manufacturing, said Jack Carey, President and Founder of Carey Manufacturing. "With our commitment to Made in America, the reshoring of our manufacturing from China and our plans for growth in 2022 and beyond, we need strong leadership to help us drive our business and to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations", stated Carey. "Mike, Alison, Jim, Steve and Cierra all represent the next generation of leadership for Carey Manufacturing."
