Terms: Net 30 Days - F.O.B. Shipping Point
Minimum Orders: A minimum order is $100.00, with a $50.00 line item minimum.
Credit: D & B rating or current trade references you purchase from on an open
account basis, along with 1 bank reference. All new accounts are subject to approval by the Carey Credit Department.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Carey will bill at prices in
effect at the time of quotation. Where applicable, Connecticut state sales
tax will be added. If tax exempt, tax exempt form or certificate must be
provided.
Quotations: Price quotations are valid for 90 days. Typographical, clerical, and key
punch errors are subject to correction.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or deliveries deferred only upon the condition that
the buyer assumes liability and makes payment to Carey for all work, whether
in process or complete, at time of notification.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Sales
Department. A Return Authorization Number must be assigned and
clearly marked on the outside of each package. Credit will not be allowed
for used, modified or parts damaged due to poor packaging. Special orders
for non-stocking items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE.
Shortages & Responsibility: All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of material or
customers inspection.
Specifications: The specifications listed in the catalog are purely functional. Customer's
engineering and quality assurance evaluations should be determined primarily
on functionability. Carey reserves the right to change any specifications,
tolerances, and plating types, for any product listed in the catalog without
prior notice, as long as the function of the item is not changed. |
